Careers
Teach. Inspire. Lead the next generation of professional actors.
Help us build the most respected and innovative acting studio in the United States, shaping the future of performance one transformative class, one dedicated student, and one unforgettable performance at a time.
More than an acting studio.
in-STUDIO is a professional training facility designed for serious actors who want to perform, film, and grow in a real-world environment. Our classrooms operate like working sets. Our instructors are working professionals and/or alumni of our training style. Our students are treated like artists in training, not amateurs in rehearsal.
We produce original short film series’, summer sitcoms, and training anthologies throughout the calendar year to help actors build reels, credibility, and confidence. We don’t want them to experience a real film set only when they book work.

Work inside professional sets: living room, cafe, kitchen, gym, and more.
Train actors from beginner to professional levels.
Collaborate with our creative team on curriculum and filming sessions.
Support actors growth through filmed feedback and objective metrics.
Invest in a results-first, artist-first culture.
Who Thrives Here
We look for instructors who are professional, adaptable, and creatively rigorous. The best candidates balance warmth with structure, empathy with accountability, and artistry with measurable progress.
Experience in film, television, and professional theatre.
Prior teaching, directing, or coaching experience.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
An understanding how to communicate with a show runner or producer.
Comfort with on-camera instruction.
A collaborative spirit and long-term commitment to growth.
Filmmaking and Technical Literacy
Our instructors are storytellers behind the lens. in-STUDIO classes operate like real productions with sets, cameras, lighting, and actors in motion. Teaching here requires understanding not only performance, but how it is captured.
A solid foundation in filmmaking: set design, camera language, continuity.
Confidence with cinema-camera operation: lens choices, framing, exposure, basic audio awareness.
Ability to adjust lighting for actor placement, skin tone, and scene mood.
Appreciation for composition, visual rhythm, and storytelling through imagery.
Collaboration that maintains the studio visual identity and consistency.
Innovation Within Structure
in-STUDIO operates in a nontraditional way and often uses unconventional tools or original exercises. We welcome new ideas from prior professional experience, but our goal is to revolutionize the way acting is taught, not recreate former studios or return to slower, traditional models. New team members must adapt to our approach and help build upon it.
Before leading a class, all prospective instructors participate in at least one complete in-STUDIO session. Experiencing our methods first helps align expectations and ensures thoughtful contributions that fit our curriculum.
Think outside the box when guiding actors through new exercises.
Adapt quickly to nontraditional, camera-based training environments.
Honor a predetermined curriculum while adding creative value.
Use past experience as a foundation for collaboration, not control.
Model curiosity, professionalism, and courage in every class.
