Our Thursday Fundamentals Training class is a focused 90-minute weekly program designed to strengthen the fundamentals that every actor relies on. This program removes scripts (and the camera) entirely so we can return to pure technique: Meisner repetition, Strasberg-inspired sense memory, Chekhov’s physical work, emotional availability, and the disciplined craft that supports our on-camera classes.
Open to all experience levels, this class creates a space where actors can develop excellent habits, and yet, advanced actors can sharpen tools they may not revisit often enough. Whether you’re reconnecting with the roots of your training or looking to deepen your instinctive responses, this weekly class offers practical work that translates to every audition and role.
