Exploratory Junior Training 10:00AM 11-14yr olds (Starts June 6th)

$120.00

Middle School Acting Class (Ages 11–14)

June Format: Extended 2-Hour Sessions

Due to continued growth and strong attendance in our Middle School Program, we will continue testing an extended class format throughout the month of June. Classes will meet from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM, while tuition will remain $120 total for the full month.

This means students will receive an additional 30 minutes of bonus training each week at no extra cost.

To maximize student learning and engagement, the class is now divided into three rotating training stations, allowing actors to experience multiple areas of performance training within the same class session.

Training Stations Include:

Classical Acting Station
Students work on foundational theatre and acting skills through ensemble exercises, imagination work, objectives, listening, movement, stage presence, and truthful behavior.

Self-Tape Station
Designed to simulate modern audition environments, this station helps students practice camera framing, eyelines, slate technique, pacing, and on-camera delivery commonly expected by agents and casting offices.

Film Production Station
Students apply their training on a fully designed film set environment using professional lighting, sound, cameras, and scene work to better understand how acting techniques connect within a working film and television setup.

This rotating structure allows students to stay active, focused, and creatively engaged while experiencing a broader range of actor training styles throughout each class.

June Class Dates

  • June 6

  • June 13

  • June 20

  • June 27

Please note that tuition covers the full monthly session, not individual classes. Because of the structured group format and limited weekly availability, make-up classes are not available for missed absences.

All families are responsible for reviewing the in-STUDIO Student Handbook prior to enrollment. The handbook outlines important studio policies regarding attendance, tuition, student behavior, inclement weather, and class progression.

A typical Saturday junior Exploratory program lasts for 90 minutes and may have multiple instructors. All instructors are studio alumni or industry professionals. The average beginner junior may spend up to 1 year in Exploratory Training. Actors with previous training may only need 1-3 months before moving on to a Preparatory or Professional program.
